Students will learn several proven techniques and practices (based in Sophrology, Mindfulness and Positive Psychology) to help them be more focussed, have confidence in themselves, have a more positive mindset and approach to tests, exams and presentations with the right amount of energy and focus to bring them success.
- Each session takes place in a password protected zoom room.
- Sessions will be 75 minutes in duration.
- The class is limited to 10 students.
- Life long access to all materials is included in the price.
