Donate your back-of-the-closet, luxury footwear and handbags and help make a difference to the lives of children with learning differences and special educational needs.

ASK – All Special Kids, a non-profit association providing essential support for local families of children with learning differences and special educational needs, has just teamed up with the Rush Pop Up fashion store, to create a unique charity shopping event in Geneva.

Called Viva Vintage!, the special shoe and bag sale will take place at the Nest Gallery in Geneva on Thursday, 18 December from 17h to 21h.  In the days leading up to the event, both ASK and Rush are asking the general public to hand in once-loved, like-new luxury footware and handbags at various locations throughout Geneva. Cheryl told knowitall.ch, “We’re really excited about this novel fund-raising idea, one which we hope the whole community will embrace. We invite the public to clean out their closets and donate their once-loved luxury handbags and footwear, in like-new or gently used condition. But if you don’t have anything to donate – don’t worry, as you can still help out our great cause by coming along to our Pop Up event in Geneva and buying one of these former treasures, either for yourself or to offer as a gift to a loved one or close friend.”

She added, “We couldn’t have got this great event off the ground without the invaluable support of our partners and sponsors, in particular Rush, who provided the inspiration behind the Pop Up Store concept.  We encourage everyone to spread the news and invite their friends to attend the Viva Vintage! event in Geneva in December.  We have already had lots of great donations including famous brands such as Gucci, Dior, and Dolce & Gabbana!”
