Founded in Lausanne, Smeetz.com allows organizers to easily enter the digital world, and to benefit from an effective tool to sell and manage online their reservations for millennials who are keen on original activities.
From the offices of Innovation Park in Lausanne, this start-up has developed a tool to offer event and leisure activity organizers a flexible and simple booking solution that can be integrated into their own platform. With the launch of Smeetz.com - available on all fixed or portable channels - business or personal events can now be offered.
Tennis clubs use it to offer their unused courts, Bubble Foot matches are organized with Smeetz, bike rides in Verbier or Megève, or sessions with sports coaches are proposed via this growing platform. The ease of use for anyone organizing anything has certainly cleared the path for Smeetz. The platform also allows the organizer to see who subscribes to their activities and to maintain with them a relationship of trust and loyalty.
The solution also enables organizers to more effectively manage the relationship with their customers through extensive integration with existing CRM systems. They can start a more in-depth relationship with them to offer them other activities or new offers.
Smeetz has partnered with SwissPass to store tickets and bookings on the red card created by SBB/CFF, which serves as a keypass for the user.
The young team of four, pictured above, continues to develop and refine the platform and offer new features such as artificial intelligence to provide users with activities that best meet their expectations and desires.
After a first round that enabled them to raise a capital of half a million francs, Smeetz will soon conduct a new search for investors to strengthen its development.
