From the Heart2Heart team
As we reflect on the past year, we are humbled by the moments of resilience, compassion, and hope that define our journey. Since 2023, Heart2Heart Crisis Line (H2H) remains committed to being a beacon of support for individuals navigating life’s toughest moments, and we could not do it without you.
In 2024, we responded to over 1200 calls from individuals in crisis; more than 2000 calls in the last 2 years.
Each call represents a life touched, a story heard, and an opportunity to listen.
One of our callers was struggling with the divorce and custody of their young child and called our H2H line. Our team member provided encouragement and a listening ear and together, they are able to name the things that bring joy and clarity.
Another caller shared their work challenges with a colleague and at the end of the call expressed that they had a plan of action to advocate for themselves and more importantly, they felt heard.

Similar to these callers, more people are calling 0800 143 000 to talk about various topics.
In 2025, we are focusing on raising community awareness about Heart2Heart, so people know they can reach out for support, no matter how big or small the topic. Please consider ordering flyers and posters for various locations like your place of employment, your clinic or your school bulletin board. Flyers and posters can be ordered via this link.
Thank you for standing with us. Your support allows Heart2Heart to provide hope, healing, and connection to those who need it most.
Together, we are creating a world where no one has to face a crisis alone.
