SCC Sàrl – a group of centers in Vaud with a range of services designed to boost professional performance - has just announced the launch of NotchUP Training, a new approach to enhancing your skills in the workplace.
Following an initial phase of training courses offered over the last two years, an expanded portfolio of titles has now been created and a top-class training team has been assembled to satisfy the growing demand of its clients.
The NotchUP concept
The NotchUP concept incorporates fast-paced, intense training on essential skills for improved work performance. The series of one-day dynamic courses will be delivered by highly experienced trainers with tangible take-aways for immediate application on the job. The concept has been developed to take into account the needs for quality training with a networking aspect, delivered locally and with innovative pricing.
In 2018 there will be 6 NotchUP courses that can be purchased à la carte or as a package at an attractive price. The training is ideal for professionals at all levels from entry-level to senior executives who aspire to recognition at work and career advancement. If you can’t make a particular date, then simply send someone else in your place.
Why NotchUP?
Asked how they came to launch the new concept, SCC Managing Director told knowitall.ch, Diana. “Better known for our expertise in career coaching, SCC branched out in 2016 and 2017 to offer training on The Art of Meeting Facilitation, a one-day course that was delivered by JoAnne Freeman. This training was so successful that JoAnne and I decided to take our training courses to the next level, and formed a collaboration with the highly experienced trainers, Yelena Ganshof, Yvonne de Grandbois and Michèle Longpré,
to offer a comprehensive programme of six training days in 2018.”
She continued, “Our clients are professionals looking to boost job performance and visibility, either within their present job or in preparation for the next position. Most companies have a training budget for this kind of thing, and are interested in quality training that they can offer their staff to help them boost job performance. NotchUP Training therefore satisfies the needs of both employees and their employers.”
NotchUP programme
The 2018 programme of NotchUP Training Days has now been finalized, with the dates for all 6 courses announced, along with a networking event in December to help participants foster their professional connections. Courses will take place at La Ferme du Manoir in Nyon from 9h to 17h, and will include coffee breaks in the morning and afternoon. You can see the full schedule below:
