We couldn't wait to find out more, and learned that Denyse has a new activity apart from her business speaking, consulting and training site: C3Centricity. The new activity involves a Coaching process called PAINT, and can be found under her website Finding-Your-Happy.com.
What has been the inspiration?
I have always loved to help people however I can. While in my various corporate jobs, as I climbed the ladder I supported other women to reach for their dreams. Since setting up my consultancy, many ex-colleagues asked for advice, reviews of their CVs and even introduction to my huge global network of friends and acquaintances. As I have worked in over 120 countries, I can usually find someone to reach out to in most large organisations.
The recent covid lockdown brought many more such requests as people were becoming unhappy with their situation and started rethinking what they want to change in their life. After so many requests around the middle of the year I decided that I could support even more people if I started to define a repeatable process that would help in any area of a person’s life, to bring back more happiness.
I then published a website and started running regular complimentary webinars to teach the process. From there I started working 1-2-1 with some of the participants and hence my private coaching practice was born.
Have you been working on this idea forever, or was it something that came to you recently?
It is something I should have done a long time ago, but last year it came to fruition. You see I was born an intuitive but rejected my gifts when I was still quite young as my parents were staunch catholics and didn’t believe in "such nonsense" as they called it.
It was only after a series of accidents, health issues and life events over the last few years, that I came to the realisation that the universe was telling me that I was not on my life path. Talk about being hard-headed! It took many serious and significant events for me to make changes in my life. I am hoping to help people avoid such hardship by helping them change what isn’t working before the Universe needs to show them.
What is the biggest obstacle you have had to overcome?
Being an intuitive coach I get two main reactions: “what is that?” and “that all sounds too “woo hoo” for me!” Luckily after a thirty-year corporate career people quickly realise I’m a normal person and not some hippy or weirdo to be scared or distrustful of. As soon as people check me out online, they feel relaxed and happy to connect.
What are your plans for the future?
2020 has been a tough year for starting a business that relies heavily on personal contact. Unfortunately I don’t think 2021 is going to be much different. I am hoping to start some small personal classes in Switzerland in the second half of this year and then to move to bigger ones in Europe and the USA, as well as any other countries where there is enough interest in 2022. At the moment my online traffic is showing opportunities in Asia, especially in India and Australia.
What is your favorite product you offer and why?
As I have only recently started this new area of my business, I am happy with my current offers: a free LIVE session where I teach my PAINT process and then a six-week coaching to go through the process in detail. I’m getting a lot of interest, due in part to the covid blues and the uncertainty of work these days. I believe many people are even unhappier than usual and my intuitive coaching offer provides the added attraction of a spiritual support with faster and deeper solutions than coaching normally provides.

Anything else you think our readers would like to know.
As my coaching is 1-2-1 it can be held online without any problems. In fact I record every session, so in a way it is even better as participants can concentrate on the process rather than writing notes. My past clients have watched their videos several times a week as they do their homework - yes I give them tasks to do between our weekly calls.
