THE VILLAGE PLAYERS: AUDITIONS FOR DOUBT: A PARABLE

It’s time for auditions for the next Village Players production!
 
The play, "Doubt: A Parable" by John Patrick Shanley, is a Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award winning drama about an instance of doubt and suspicion in a Catholic school in the Bronx in the 1960s. It was the basis for the Academy Award nominated film by the same name, of which the cast included Meryl Streep, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Amy Adams and Viola Davis.
 
We are looking to cast four characters:
 
  • Father Brendan Flynn – 30s-50s
  • Sister Aloysius Beauvier – 50s-70s
  • Sister James – 20s-40s
  • Mrs. Muller – 30s-40s Audition

Date: 26th November 2022
Time: 13h-18h
Location: Société Suisse des Auteurs, Société coopérative Rue Centrale 12/14, 1003 Lausanne

The performance dates are May 11th – 14th 2023 at the CPO Lausanne.
