Enter our competition to win a double ticket for the opening night performance of the show!
Directed by Pam Walsh (with Paddy McDonald wielding the baton), Let’s Face the Music promises to be a summer show to remember, fusing elements of Music Hall, variety shows, and highlights from some of Broadway and the West End’s best musicals, as well as Hollywood’s most famous classic films.
Being performed at the Salle des Spectacles in Founex between 15 and 17 June, Let's Face the Music will return to the traditional “dinner and show” format typical of GAOS’ summer performances. There will be 3 options for tickets:
- Tables downstairs (Fr. 49.- per person) will be served a meal – a choice of cold roast beef, smoked trout, or a vegetarian option with new potatoes and salad – before the show. Drinks will be available at the bar, with dessert also available for purchase at the interval.
- Premium tables (Fr. 69.- per person), in the middle of the auditorium, will also receive champagne and a programme. For catering purposes, seats downstairs must be booked in advance.
- Balcony seats (Fr. 29.- per person) can be reserved for those wishing to see the show without a meal. While drinks and snacks will be available for purchase at the bar, there is no food or drink allowed on the balcony. Subject to availability, balcony seats will be available for purchase on the night.
At this special summer event, audiences will be wowed by mesmerising dance, and hilarious skits, as well as a variety of song and dance numbers from the great American and British shows. Whether you prefer Jersey Boys or Can-Can girls, Hearing the People Sing or simply Busting Out All Over — there’s something here for everyone!

To enter the competition, just fill in this form and let us know who will be directing “Let’s Face the Music” this year.
Only one entry per person and per email is allowed. The competition closes at midnight on Wednesday, 7 June 2017. The names of all those submitting correct answers will be placed into the digital hat and the winner's names drawn at random on Thursday, 8 June 2017. The first name to be drawn will receive a double balcony ticket for the show. The winner will be notified by email and his/her name will be added to this article after the competition closes. For an additional Fr. 40.-, the double ticket may be upgraded to include dinner for two.
