Camaraderie and conversation are often at the heart of well-being, especially when it comes to men’s mental fitness. With 40% of men having never spoken to anyone about their mental health, we’re committed to changing that this Movember.

Join us for an evening of open, honest discussions, along with food & drinks, where you can connect, share your stories, and find strength through community. All proceeds raised will go to Movember, supporting men’s mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer awareness.

This gathering is for anyone who feels the impact of mental health struggles, whether personally or through loved ones. It’s a chance to sit together, challenge old ideas about masculinity, and talk honestly about what well-being really means today. Together, let’s help each other carry the load and change the conversation around men’s mental health.
