Have you ever wondered what has happened to your pre-teenaged child that loved spending time with you? Told you everything? Communicated easily and seemed to be happy all the time?

The adolescent brain development stage can be compared to the development of the brain between birth and 3 years old. There is that much going on!

Thursday, October 5th, you can join me online, for a 90-minute workshop where I will introduce you to the inner workings of the teenage brain, it's opportunities and it's vulnerabilities.

We will also discuss communication strategies and a relaxation technique for parents to use to help their teenagers thrive! Please bring a notepad and pen.
