Lynda Heffernan, an Executive Leadership Coach and a Cognitive Behavioural Coach. Learn about the sexy neuroscience of stress, why stress is important, how to use breathwork and mindfulness to manage stress.

 

How do you apply a growth mindset to your understanding of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace?

This will be a playful and practical look at stress management and resilience building. We will learn about the sexy neuroscience of stress, why stress is important, how to use breathwork and mindfulness to manage stress and convert your inner chimp* into a resilient orangutan!

At this occasion we have the pleasure to receive Lynda Heffernan, an Executive Leadership Coach and a Cognitive Behavioural Coach. Her background is in psychology and behavioural science. She has specific training in stress management and resilience building and has over the past ten years developed an extensive range of coaching skills and tools to meet the varied needs of her clients. She coaches her clients to apply these tools to make small incremental changes that lead to a greater lasting result. An important aspect of her coaching approach is her ability to bring both integrity and curiosity to each session. This ensures a connection based on trust and human understanding. It brings the desired results that her clients want in order to achieve their goals.
