How to successfully manage your career combined with care responsibilities: a face-to-face conference with national and international speakers on different elements including gender equality to bring more insights about challenges for women.

During this event, our main focus will be on:

- Consider international careers in trade or international cooperation

- Show-case role models with international careers in trade and international cooperation juggling with care responsibilities

- What is a flexwork model such as job sharing to make a career while working part-time
