Date: Thursday, January 27th
Place: Online Zoom presentation
Time: 18:00 - 19:15 Presentation and Q&A

Gib Bulloch, founder of Craigberoch Business Decelerator, aims to:

  • Ignite and inspire breakthrough innovation that benefits people and the planet
  • Create and nurture a thriving global community of innovators and activists
  • Drive “change from within” by empowering intrapreneurs from around the world

For over a decade, Gib led a corporate "guerrilla movement" within one of the world's largest global consulting organisations. Against the odds, he created a not-for-profit inside one of the most profit driven corporations in the world. Plaudits, prizes and promotions followed. But success came at a price: It ultimately cost him his job, his health and perhaps even his sanity.

During this interactive session, Gib will share his personal story that was his motivation for writing “The Intrapreneur: Confessions of a corporate insurgent” and his vision for creating a business “decelerator” in Scotland, a place where people and their ideas can flourish

Gib Bulloch Bio

Gib Bulloch is an award winning social intrapreneur who consults, writes and speaks on a range of topics relating to the role of business in society. He believes passionately in the power of business to change the world and in the power of the individual to change the world of business.

In 2019, Gib founded the Craigberoch Business Decelerator on the Isle of Bute in Scotland where he grew up. It is positioned at the nexus of business, the arts, wellbeing and the natural environment – a space “where people and ideas can flourish”.

After a 20 year career in Accenture, Gib left the company in 2016 to write his first book: “The Intrapreneur: Confessions of a Corporate Insurgent” (2018), a personal story of Gib’s 15 year journey to create and scale Accenture’s global "not-for-loss" consulting business, Accenture Development Partnerships. This innovative venture attracted significant media attention, won Accenture international awards for Corporate Social Responsibility and Gib himself was voted the UK’s Management Consultant of the year in 2008.

Do not miss a chance to hear this innovative speaker!
