Awakening of the Mountain Spirits. Après-ski at the Kurhaus bar and arrival of the cuddly toys at nightfall.
Around 6:00 pm:
In Arolla, torchlight descent of the cuddly toys to the village.
Thursday, February 20th
17h30 : Evening of tales and legends of Carnival at the Maison du Carnaval (Evolène Museum).
From 10:00 pm: "Disco Fever" evening
Friday, February 21st
17h00 - 22h00 : Après-ski at the Carnival igloo.
Animation of the village with music by the Irish band Absolutely Legless!
Starting at 22h00 :
Celebrate the ten years of the theme evenings and relive your most beautiful evening!
Dive into your memories, take out your disguise and enjoy!
Saturday, February 22nd
From 11.00 am: The cuddly toys climb on the Télé-Evolène slopes. Animations at the restaurant " La Remointze ".
Les Maries go for a walk in the different villages of the commune.
From 5pm: Après-ski in the Carnival igloo.
Animation of the village with music by the Irish group Absolutely Legless and the gugenmusik "La Frénégonde" from Semsales!
From 22h00 :
Celebrate the ten years of the theme evenings by reliving your most beautiful evening!
Dive into your memories, take out your disguise and enjoy!
Carnival Sunday February 23rd
At sunrise: Stuffing of the men with straw
10:30 am: Mass in the church of Evolène and blessing on the church square.
Animation by the Irish group "Absolutely Legless".
At the exit: "The church with the igloo."
At the bar of the Carnival igloo, a "religious" aperitif is served to help put the cross and the rooster back in place on the bell tower.
Around 11:00 am:
At the end of the mass, the stuffed animals are taken out. Parade through the village with musical groups and confetti cannon.
From 12.00 pm: Mask meal on the Place du Four and the church square.
All day: Musical entertainment in the streets, village atmosphere.
2.30 pm: CHILDREN'S CARNIVAL.
Procession, disguise competition, free snacks.

Monday 24th February
17h30 : Evening of tales and legends of Carnival at the Maison du Carnaval (Evolène Museum).
From 20h00 to 22h00: Search and arrest of the Putratze by the elite carnival troupe and with the participation of the public.
From 10:00 pm: Theme evening "Journey around the world" at the Mazot.
Mardi Gras: Tuesday 25 February
With the participation of the guggen "Les Chenegaudes" of Saint Martin.
21h00: Procession of the judgment of La Poutratze towards the pyre. Reading of the verdict. Reading of the Testament of Gustave Chevignoule and putting to death of La Poutratze.
22h00 : Closing evening in the village's establishments.
00h00 : Gathering in front of the church, lifting of the masks and closing of the Carnival.
Continuation of the evening until dawn.
