CONSCIOUSCAFE: BEING IN FLOW
Wednesday 27 November 2019

CC BEINGINFLOW

What does it mean to be ‘in flow’? What are the benefits of ‘flow’? How can one find it?

Find out with our guest, performance coach Lee Eldridge. Lee has First and Masters Degrees in Sport & Exercise Science, a postgraduate certificate in strength and conditioning and accreditation as a performance coach. He has worked with world ranked tennis players, top golfers and UK premierships football and rugby clubs.

Lee is a physical performance coach at the Geneva Futur (Ice) Hockey Association. He was also a senior coach at the prestigious Swiss-based Hintsa organisation which coaches champion Formula One racing drivers. Their coaching approach is that high performance is built on a foundation of holistic wellbeing, from a starting point of self-awareness or ‘knowing your core’. This method has now been extended to the business world and to the coaching of Fortune 500 CEO’s, executive teams and employees in thousands of organisations.

Join us for what promises to be a fascinating and informative evening with Lee. Arrival is from 18h15 for an 18h30 start at Café de la Place, 5 Place de Montbrillant, 1201 Genève. To find it, walk through the rear of Cornavin and turn left. The café is on your right on the corner of Rue des Grottes. As well as being convenient for trains the café is also on several public transport routes such as the 14 and 18 tramlines and the 5 and 9 bus routes. We finish at 20h.

At ConsciousCafe we enjoy conversation about life in a friendly way in small groups whilst having drinks and snacks. It’s a great way to meet new people and expand our horizons. We sometimes, but not always, invite a guest to trigger our discussions. Conversation is usually in English but if a group is Francophone then they can chat in French - all are welcome. You buy your own drinks at the bar and we ask for a 5chf contribution to the wider costs of the ConsciousCafe non-profit organisation. Check out the website https://consciouscafe.org

We hope to see you on the 27th. Come and join the conscious conversation!

(PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS EVENT IS ONE PART OF A DOUBLE BILL FOR NOVEMBER. CONSCIOUSCAFE GENEVA IS ALSO MEETING IN GRENS, NEAR NYON, ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON THE 28TH NOVEMBER – MORE INFORMATION ON OUR EVENTS PAGE SOON.)
