We have the pleasure to invite you to a conference given by IMD Professor Didier Cossin, founder and director of the IMD Global Board Center, originator of the Four Pillars of Board Effectiveness methodology and an advocate of Stewardship.

In this session, Didier Cossin will discuss what paths managers and executives can take to develop their career and join company boards. He will outline the roles of board members and what it means to be part of a board today. While exploring the roles, you will have more clarity on how to prepare and what to learn to become successful board members.

The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session and an open discussion with Didier Cossin regarding for example more specific board challenges, board dynamic, diversity and board effectiveness.
