Working memory - from identification to provision

* what is working memory?
* how do I know when it isn't working?
* what practical methods can I use to support students?

The seminar will examine the key features of working memory (WM) and how teachers can identify WM difficulties, through tests, and also observation. The seminar will include practical activities to explore both auditory and visual aspects of WM, and some practical methods of providing support, across different subject areas, to students in Primary and Senior School.
