Our daily interactions with children suffering with anxiety can be concerning, draining and challenging, and sometimes all at the one time! People can become overwhelmed by a sense of helplessness. This short talk will give the practical tools to help you to help your child/student to minimize the negative effect of anxiety on their lives and to help you understand the impact of your behaviour on your child/student's anxiety.
