À l’heure des vendanges, quatre attelages tirés par des chevaux vont revivre la tradition viticole payernoise en ramenant le moût de Lavaux à la cave de la Reine Berthe. Durant deux jours, le convoi traverse une partie du canton de Vaud en empruntant l’itinéraire des charretiers d’autrefois. Sur la Place Général Guisan, marché d’automne aux saveurs du terroir et animations.

During the grape harvest, four horse-drawn carts revive a wine-growing tradition of Payerne: they take back the must to the cellar of Queen Bertha. The convoy spends two days passing through a part of the canton of Vaud on a route formerly used by the carters. On Général Guisan Square: autumn market with terroir flavours and entertainment.
