Sunita is an Executive Coach, Trainer and Consultant. She is of Indian origin and was born in London before moving to Geneva in 1992. She has a Psychology background (specialising in Occupational Psychology) and a Post Graduate in the Development and Training of Adults. She also completed a Masters in Ressources Humaines, Coaching et Gestion des Carrières at the University of Geneva.
During her 25 years experience Sunita's drive has always been to help people to do their best and hence led her to create Walk The Talk.
In her free time Sunita is a Mentor for the Branson Center of Entrepreneurship and a proud member of the School in The Cloud Team.
Yateendra Sinh is the CEO of Lausanne Hospitality Consulting SA, the Consulting and Executive Education subsidiary of Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne.
Since moving to Switzerland in 2000, Yateendra Sinh has delivered training and consultancy on strategic, managerial and operational issues, in over 36 countries.
He is a graduate in Economics from the University of Bombay and has a three-year post-graduate Diploma in Hotels & Management. He very kindly accepted to be interviewed. His thoughts and reflections about lifelong learning are not only insightful but also inspiring.

Tara is at the forefront of the application of neuroscience to business. She is a published author of the book “Neuroscience for Leadership Harnessing the Brain Gain Advantage,” and has over twenty articles in journals of neuroscience and coaching.
She speaks globally on the brain in business at international conferences, blue chip corporations and at top business schools including Oxford, Stanford and MIT.

Sunita Sehmi: Why did you start COOW?
Remy Siegrist: For years I was a donator for various associations, I travelled a lot and what I saw strengthened my belief; that this world needs support from non-profit associations and foundations. But times have changed and just asking people to contribute, not taking in consideration the need for transparency, feedback and results was a definite barrier. So I started to think about new solutions that could answer my concerns. Of course being Swiss I thought one way could be to implement a system of democracy and voting. This subsequently inspired me to combine these 3 factors. I then shared my idea with several trusted individuals and their reactions convinced me to move forward. My initial questions were:
Monica Kremer founded lifeonmars* design studio and paper goods brand in 2013 after finally succumbing to her life-long love affair with illustration and a growing yet healthy obsession with witty punch lines. The result is a line of "whimsy-cool" cards, calendars and art prints, infused with a unique touch of humor and visual play. All lifeonmars* products feature a mix of original hand-drawn as well as digitally designed illustrations and typography, together they create a style that is fresh and modern, with just the right amount of unconventional wit.
The lifeonmars* stationery line suits life's everyday feelings, and is made to sound like a conversation with friends, with a lot of banter and good will in mind.

Séverine Jourdain is the Head of Coaching at Nestlé Group. However, she has had many lives prior to Nestlé and perhaps it is her diverse background that has made her what she is today; authentic, passionate, non-judgmental and driven with a capital D! Séverine perceives coaching at Nestlé as a Business performance accelerator as well as an opportunity for individuals to progress and flourish. Indeed, Nestlé has been gradually building the awareness around coaching since many years through their “Every Day Coaching” program and more recently through the implementation of a structured global coaching network. Séverine unquestionably embodies this drive by Nestlé and in doing so she is having the time of her life!
